Full-arch cases depend on clear records and a plan the whole team can follow. We use iCam4D photogrammetry, TRIOS 6 scanning, and Exocad design to bring implant positions and the restoration into one workflow.
iCam4D Gen 5 uses four cameras to capture implant positions across the arch. Its closed-loop calibration helps us monitor the system during capture.
Titanium scan bodies: rigid titanium scan bodies give us a stable reference for recording implant positions.
We use TRIOS 6 to capture intraoral records for full-arch cases, including edentulous scans where scan tracking matters.
Hyperspectral imaging: uses multiple light wavelengths to gather additional information during a scan.
ScanAssist alignment: helps maintain tracking across edentulous arches and align the digital model as the scan is captured.
We use Exocad DentalCAD to design All-On-X restorations, crowns, bridges, and other cases from the digital records.
